What is the difference between html and css?

The markup language HTML is used to define and organize the content of web pages. A set of elements (tags) contained in angle brackets (< >>) makes up HTML. A particular type of content or functionality is represented by each HTML element. A webpage's headings, paragraphs, lists, tables, forms, and other elements are all defined by HTML.
The presentation and look of HTML components on a webpage can be altered using the style sheet language CSS. To target HTML elements and apply styles to them, CSS makes use of a set of rules. The way HTML components are presented visually, including their responsiveness, colors, borders, backgrounds, and typography, is controlled by CSS.
