How to host a zoom meeting?
Log in to Zoom Portal first, then select the "Meetings" option.
To start a new meeting, click "Schedule a new meeting" or "Schedule". Enter the meeting's information, including the date, time, title, and length. Select "Save" or Set up a meeting time.
Call members to the meeting and start it at the appropriate time. You have control over a number of meeting features as the host, including participant addition and removal, screen sharing, and muting. End the meeting at the designated time or after the discussion.
